G'Day, Has anyone heard of "fireflash" as a 1275 race engine? got one in a job lot, wondering if there is any info about it. 1275 plate on manifold side, no chest covers, forged rockers, and looks like pudding stirer shift. any thoughts appreciated, |

The Morris 1100 when it was released came with a Fire Flash motor. It was a marketing thing. The Austin Freeway that had been released two years earlier had a Blue Streak Six. |

I thought this was a link to a mini spitting flames! The title was a let down. Still I have seen that in action. A scratch-built 1275 that went into a friends mini of the mini club back in england. The mini was called patch and it was a sort of dino yellow. Awesome engine that was... |
