G'Day,

Has anyone heard of "fireflash" as a 1275 race engine?

got one in a job lot, wondering if there is any info about it.

1275 plate on manifold side, no chest covers, forged rockers, and looks like pudding stirer shift.

any thoughts appreciated,

The Morris 1100 when it was released came with a Fire Flash motor. It was a marketing thing. The Austin Freeway that had been released two years earlier had a Blue Streak Six.

I thought this was a link to a mini spitting flames! The title was a let down. Still I have seen that in action. A scratch-built 1275 that went into a friends mini of the mini club back in england. The mini was called patch and it was a sort of dino yellow. Awesome engine that was...
