Ok,

I just wanted to know what rims worked on a 998 Cooper with the 7 inch brake set up....

Is the 7 inch set up a different track to the 7.5? I ask this as a set of rims I put on sort term rubbed on the shocks, well tyres did... They were only 4.5's and I thought the were close on the edge too... The I had 165 10's at the time....

All pictures of coopers with 7 inch brakes and different rims would be great and some advice

Cooper 7" discs gave the same offset as drum braked Minis with flat drums (1" less per side than S brakes do).
You want stock 3.5" Mini wheels or std offset alloys eg Contessas, Hotwires, etc. Not S ones which are offset inwards.
