It's now 20 years since I last removed & replaced these. As Vizard recommends, removal to clean the oil galleries properly, is necessary.

Does anyone know where these can be obtained?

Any advice appreciated.

Berco supplied my screw in plugs - but it was a while ago...

I used to buy brass welch plugs years ago, but lately all I have found available for Minis are steel ones.
Originals were steel and they lasted pretty well, so using brass was probably overkill.

[edit] I buy them from Karcraft.

My bad I thought you meant the water jacket..

re the oil ones I machine new brass ones, .504" dia and drive them in.

I tap a thread and make bungs out of bolts to screw in. 9/16th UNF is the size i use i believe.

Just a bit of a job to have the bung screw in far enough but not too far and in some cases not protrude from the block.
