Hi all,

I've plonked the engine back into the car and got it all running nicely, but I went to go and tighten up the exhaust and found that I'd forgotten to put the lower exhaust mount back onto the gearbox. Problem is, I can't for the life of my figure out where it goes now! It probably doesn't help that when I took it off there was about an inch of oil and mud caked on...

Does anybody have any pics, or can you describe exactly how it mounts to the gearbox?

Bolts To the side of the gearbox, and you use the bolts that hold Your diff
side covers to the diff housing and the gearbox case

That's what I thought, but I can't see how the bolts line up, or the position it is supposed to be in. Is there more than one piece of the bracket?

I've found this site:

http://www.moke.com.au/in-the-garage/re ... eplacement

Which has a few pictures - I can see some bolts missing where the exhaust has been moved to the side. I'll just need to get the bracket out again and play around a bit. I just couldn't position it anywhere where the bolts would line up last time.
