I read on a pervious thread (can't find it now!) that when replacing the door each bolts needs different and certain washers types! Something to do with pulling the door in and washers shaping themselves. Is this correct? Or have I gone mad! The bolts I removed were bagged up with their washer, each are different but I didn't label which bolts came from where!

Can anyone advise me please :D

Hey marty I have nevet noticed angled washer on any of my minis but if you look at the top hinges the bolts do come out on an angle so I guess angled washers would be required there.

Another thing to do is make sure all the threads are clean and all the studs are threade in before hanging the door. Makes life so much easier.

Cheers guys,

Great diagram sitnlo62 it's what I should have done (although I do usually take photos with the iPad when pulling things apart!)

It's the large washer at the top rear I couldn't remember! It does make sense for it to go there but hey I've never claimed to be smart
