Hi all,
Finally got all my suspension upgrade installed in my 97 rover mini and now need to get all the castor and camber angles setup, can anyone recommend a place somewhere near Melton or Ballarat that can do the job as I live in the middle of them. Not sure if the mainstream tyre places will know what they are doing. The setup is hi los front and rear, 1.5 fixed neg arms on front with adjustable tie rods and adjustable brackets on rear.
Cheers Matt

I'm sorry, I should have realised you were looking for a workshop, but my first thought on seeing the topic heading was 'why should the wheel alignment be different in Ballarat to anywhere else?'

Make sure the buggas centre the wheel properly. Yeah, it's basic, but I'm still snarly about my MGB where although all they had to get right was the toe in, they couldn't get the wheel centred properly. I've often suspected that some of these older girls are just too different from modern cars and some idiots imagine they aren't important enough to do the job properly.

kangroo flat is near bendigo yeah? thats not really close to ballarat or melton!

My mate had his Mazda 1300 done at Tyre Power in Ballarat... none of the other places would do it because it was too small.... but apparently tyre power had special/smaller/whatever equipment

At least you lot are dealing with steel or mag wheels. Try finding someone willing to work with wire wheels
(says the bloke who's owned MGs with said wheels in the past)
