Hi all,

Been thinking about selling my 1973 Leyland Mini for a while now, but have no idea how much it might be worth. I have owned it (and has been garaged with my parents) since 1997. From 1997 to 2002 it was a daily driver for me. The last 11 years it hasnt seen much use other than my old man driving it to the golf course once a week.

It is a Camino Gold mini with no special badges. Was a 2 lady owner 1100 from Moss Vale but now has a 1275 with twin carbs, disc brakes, jelly bean mags and no rust (other than boot lid which I have a replacement already painted for). Its in pretty good nick for something that hasnt been restored.

Heaps of other spares including a set of subframes with rubber cones, towbar, roofrack, doors, bonnet, original seats, flares etc.

Carsales and ebay is giving me no help at all as every mini on the market seems to be an 'S', 'LS', 'SS', 'GT' etc, and everything else is a 1000 or 1100.

Any thoughts?

Andrew

Pictures add a lot to information (a picture is worth a 1000 words)

If its pretty good nick, fairly tidy I would say around the upper end of what Monaco said because it has disc brakes, 1275 and twin carbs.

But really need some pics of visuals of inside, paint condition engine bay area etc

Having looked around fairly extensively before I bought mine I would say that yours would be $6500-$7500 if it's in roadworthy condition. Although I did look at some "enthusiastically" priced examples, a good well looked after 1275 with RWC do attract a higher price.

Thanks lads gives me a bit of an idea of what it may be worth. I have been out of the Mini game for too long and have lost touch with what things are worth these days.
