after completely replacing the whole front end with new everything

a friend told me i should loosen the areas with rubber/nolathane rubbers when i drop the car onto its wheels for the first time untill it settles, is this true ? or can i just drop it down without loosening ?

It's a good idea to do it this way. That way the rubbers are in a "neutral" position at normal ride height and not being strained.

Yes, if you don't loosen them the rubber bushes can hold the car higher than it normally would sit adding load to the bushes which will wear them out quicker, also some may settle at different rates so the geometry will act different from side to side. Just simply loosen them off, roll the car around for a few meters or so (maybe a gentle and slow drive up and down the driveway) and then tighten them all back up. If you can't reach some drive it up on some car ramps and tighten the rest.

Not necessary with nolathane but definitely with rubber

As mentioned above - back off the control arm bushes and others linked to the suspension slightly , drop it on a flat surface - give the car a good shake from the roof with your hands. When happy with the height retorque the loosened nuts/bolts to spec.
Do it regardless of bushing type. It will increase the lifespan of your bushes and prevent the suspension binding in anyway too
