Hey guys.

My new boot floor arrived yesterday so im out in the shed getting ready to put it in but seem to be having dramas getting it to fit.

Everything seems to line up but it just seems about 1-2mm to big on the edges.

Any one else had these dramas or is it just my mini?

My guess would be that they do this on purpose so that you have extra to play with. Not all minis are exactly the same as they were assembled pretty roughly.

Yeah just a right pain in the a$$.

Will get it was just wondering if there was an issue with the body nit being square and straight. Have taken a few measurements and everything is square left to right.

That's standard on the 'new' panels, nothings right, designed NOT to fit. Next time you see a late Rover mini, have a look at the panel fit, absolutely woefull.
