Hi guys, can anybody put up some pics of a firewall mount, trying to make a decision on how to fix mine.... ![]() ![]() If the bracket is meant to be 90° I might make a new one out of some thicker angle and either spot weld or bolt it in place of the old, other wise I may have to weld this tab back on Cheers |

I would bolt it all together with the dogbone's spacer in for alignment, then MIG weld it back on. Clean ALL the paint etc off the weld area, first. |

Might that damage the rubber bush? |

Leave the rubbers out, you just want the spacer + bolt in it. |

Sorry, I should of explained that better, and actually read what I typed before clicking submit. The stud that runs through the spacer and and the two brackets is stuck. I have tried knocking it out with a hammer but it just won't budge. |

It won't go through, you will have to undo the top bracket =( I will have to do the same to get it back out/put the steady in |
