Hi Guys and Girls,

I have just joined the forum, i live in England UK, and work for A-Series Spares. I was directed to the forum by a friend who has recently moved him and his mini over to Australia :)

I don't actually own a Classic Mini, i own a Morris Minor but i work on a lot of Mini's.

Is a there a correct section to post up about our business as i do not like to throw the business in peoples faces as i find it rude, but if there is a section to post up about the business and tailored products etc that would be magic!

I hope you are all well and thank you for accepting me onto your forum!

...... ps..... it is currently freezing cold and raining over here

Welcome guys I follow you on facebook. Have bought several of your mini in a box nuts and bolts sets, extremely helpful to have in the shed and so nice to put brand new bolts on when doing a resto.

Thats fantastic news, we are remanufacturing the "tower" bolts this year for the subframes, so the kit should be virtually complete in 2014. Glad to hear that you are finding our sets a great tool to have :)

Thank you for your support!

We have a section that lists basic contact information for Australian Mini businesses ( viewtopic.php?f=41&t=83593 ) but not for international ones, sorry. It would be an administrative nightmare to set-up and maintain. We rely on members using the internet, word of mouth, personal reference, international Mini magazines and forums, etc. to find a suitable source outside Australia and New Zealand for what they need.

You are most welcome to participate by posting or answering questions, but since you are a business please be especially mindful of rules 5, 10 and 16 in the Forum Rules section - viewtopic.php?f=2&t=24057

If in doubt feel free to send a PM to one of the Forum Moderators. :)

Hi,

Thank you for the question, i am not sure if i am allowed to post a direct link to the products and i do not want to step on anyones toes, so what i will say is, our website is in my 'signature' and if you go to the website and type 'classic mini in a box' into the search bar it might come up :)

Hi,

Glad you like the website, Absolutely, i can set up a discount code for the Ausmini forum. Best thing to do is send me a PM if you are interested in anything and i will send you a discount code! We understand shipping is a big part of making a purchase from Australia / New Zealand so we are happy to try and subsidise this cost with discount for forum members!

Thank you very much for taking the time to reply, i fully understand, we attempted to set up a forum once and the admin behind the forum became a full time job in its self.

I am happy to participate on the forum and will make sure to comply with forum rules but will try to be as helpful as possible within the rules :)

Shipping is the killer, my last set come in at $600 delivered to my door. The "box" is actually 5 boxes and weighs quite a lot. Be great if the guys can get some sort of discount going to try and offset it. It has saved me untold hassle though and I even used some of the bolts for other projects around the place.
