I read the engine build how to and was concerned with the advice to screw in head studs finger tight.
What if one is binding for some reason and is hanging out of the block several threads. I assumed everyone
did what I do - tighten them into block with a stud remover used in reverse. I do them with a speed brace,
guess torque to be approx 15 - 20 ft lbs. Could also use 2 nuts locked together on upper thread.
