Hi all, My brother I law has his own business and resprays trucks and the odd car, he was given a mini do sand blast and paint this week, so I went to have a look at a Very good overall condition mini K stripped shell. It does not have an ID plate on it right now so I can't get the body number and the radiator shroud is quite rusty so I cannot get the number. However it's original paint and never touched body so it's very original. It's got Morris mini 1100 faded marks on the boot lid (mini k) it's got the K kangaroo stickers on the a panels and it even has a k stamped in the front bumper seem (never seen this before might be irrelevant) but it has a magic wand gear lever hole AKA 850 or minor. Did any base spec Mini K's come with this setup? Grant |

Grant Yes They sure did, The engine number from memory started 10YJUH, And most of them were painted light Blue Sydney county council Green or White I am not saying these are the only colours, The trim level was the same as in the Mini Van, Very basic |

Yes, John has it right. I'm thinking it would have come with rubber suspension and a single dial dash. If you find the body number or car number don't be surprised if it is a three digit number. |

That sounds like the Sydney County Council green which is apparently called Silver Pine Green. I have it listed in the Dulux book as shade number 8232. |

I've found it best to not actually describe the woman. Just tell her you love her regardless of what she looks like and you should stay out of trouble. Was that advice of some help? ![]() |

Mist green was a colour available in 69. It's a Berger shade. |
