Hey everyone - just a quick one -

Can a clubman's "bonnet locking platform" be removed ? I had a quick look last time i was with the car and it appears to be bolted. But bolted AND welded ?
I ask as it would make my new engine install easier and also installing other bits too.

Thanks for the help

Your talking about the slam panel , yes they are normally removable ,sounds like someone has welded it.

If the slam panel yes it is just bolted there. UNLESS you have an English clubman and then they are welded there
