Guys what does it mean when you stop at lights and it feels like motor is going to stop but if i pull coke up only a few mm it runs fine. ( LEAN)
Plugs are very dry too.
Im going to install some new plugs tomorrow.

There are two carby adjustments - there is the idle screw at the top of the carby which will change the amount of the air/fuel mixture going to the engine, and there's the mixture nut which changes the air/fuel ratio. You will want to wind the mixture nut out a few flats:

See the nut just above the plastic red end of the jet mechanism? Wind that out from the carby a little and see how you go.

That does sound a little lean to me. Wind the mixture out a little and it should improve.

Hmmm... that's probably not a good sign.

You will usually have cylinders 2 and three a little blacker than 1 and four due to the siamese inlets. Your plugs should look brown - if the plugs are black, that usually means it's running rich (or you're using too much choke)

One cylinder should not be that different to the others - but I'm not sure what would cause it.

Check the resistance of your plug leads, if any are over 5K ohm I'd bin them.

All good , but which change actually fixed the problem ?

Not the best picture , but the plugs look a bit oily around the threads .
