I couldn't get all of the air out of my brake lines until Sitnlo bled them using his home made pressure brake bleeding thingy.

Thanks for sharing. Might hit the garden shed and nick the wife's roses sprayer while she's not looking!

Thing to take notice of, the seals in the sprayer might be lubricated with a lubricant which might affect the brake seals.
Clean everything with metho and lubricate with rubber grease or brake fluid.

Good hints Morris 1100.

Sitnlo used a long hose so that whilst opening and closing bleed nipples he could apply pressure as needed. Worked a treat. No need to push the pedal.

PS. he didn't fit a gauge to his pressure pot.

With my own pressure sprayer for the garden I drilled a half inch hole and pulled a tubeless Schrader valve into it. No pumping the handle, I just blow it up with the tyre gauge and compressor.

I saw a good one of these where the brake fluid was in a second jar between the sprayer and the Master Cylinder.

Im sorry but if you have to listen to that idiot to work out how to build a brake bleeder you certainly shouldnt be bleeding brakes...

How much is an EziBleed?? Not much..

Or you can go the other and get a vacuum pump - which I think works better...

Cheers, Ian

This is my Shaky Industries One Man Bleederâ„¢ :P Its survived 13 years with much the same brake fluid in it

I wouldn't mind putting together a decent one like above however...
I might give it a go.

You could at least use a clear piece of hose Mick! My bleeder must be a different brand though because it's made from and old plastic laundry liquid bottle.
