Replace the shaft, and put a new circlip in. Re-using this will cause more of the same problem. |

Which side are we talking? I may have a spare. I ordered one last year for the same reason, and received the wrong side ![]() I did find however that the detent ring didn't really have any tension in it allowing the shaft to remove itself. I ended up forming one myself from spring steel (piano) wire. |
