Early version of a 12G295 head. Pretty much the same casting, except it has no machining for the inlet manifold location rings used on 998 Cooper & later twin SU manifolds.
Buy it if it's cheap.. :wink:
Easy to machine ports for these- I've done it to 12G202s etc.

i just asked him how much for seamail it has new bronze guides but no vales and is $32aus is it worth it? probally $20 seamail

Edit: just checked head weighs in at 15Kg (with rockers) that's $US58

A guy in the NSW MCC swear by these heads.

He brings them in from the US, and reckons they are value for money, even after paying the shipping.

Not sure about those shipping figures though. I have heard different.
