I am heading out there tomorrow lunch time. (I am half way there when I am at work) I need some stuff ASAP - I NEED to fit my motor next week!!! I love going there to laugh at the prices they ask for their Mini's ![]() I wonder what I will pay for a few gaskets and small bits?? ![]() |

no anton dont do it noooooooo it was my mini pilgrimage for the first year of owning herman glad i met some wise people... or not-so-wise people who were naively trapped, but theyre wise now... never mind i never have laid eyes upon the place luckily ![]() |

2 thermostat housing gaskets and a (second hand) 1098 harmonic balancer. edit: I had a GF years ago who owned a BRG roundy purchased from there. I wasn't into mini's back then, but gee I remember smiling when cruising with her ![]() |

Gaskets i have here, Harmonic balancer i may have. Will have a look in the morning. Your better off going to mini and suzuki anway. Cheers Aaron |

yea i'd go to Mini Suzi or Ivan's any day over Brookie....but I am half way to Brookie at SnIves. Makka said he had a balancer...but I want to fit this stuff ASAP - like tomorrow night. Got next week off work....need to fit motor! No excuses!! |

I hope your joking JAM. Im in the process of getting a new master cylinder in as stupidly i had them replace mine and they have replaced it with a different size and cant get it to work so now i have to buy a bigger one like was i n there in the first place. Im not even going to bother going back and talking to them or getting a refund. Cut my losses and move on. Live and learn. unit |

Anton, If you are buying a S/H balancer have a real good look at the rubber ring. Any cracking, leave it- go find another. And check the keyway- if worn stepped, or cracked, ditto above. Padstow Pirates had NEW ones for $75 not long ago. ![]() |
