The reason I'm on here is because I'm clueless. My new motto now is: when in doubt, frustrated and ready to set fire to my Mini, take a deep breath, grab the iPad, post my issue on here, crack a beer and wait for a response.....

The forum hasn't let me down so far :D

Pretty much. I'm no expert, but with the wealth of knowledge on ausmini backing me up, I would say I'm 'in the know'.

If somebody asked me to do something on their mini, I'd be happy to look at it, but I wouldn't touch it, because I'm not an expert. But if something happens on my mini, no matter what it is (so far) I'll fix it myself.

So... what's the story?

as I don't have an ipad and beer gives me a headache
I use the old-fashioned computer and have a coffee
make a few phone calls as well and eventually get it sorted :):):)
