 Post subject: Fuel Senders and Guages

can anyone tell me what is needed to connect an after market Gauge (in this case a Daihatsu sirion standard dash gauge) and the moke Fuel tank sender ?

i assume ill need a converter of some kind ?

You will need to get a gauge checking tool and see what resistance values the gauge needs to read empty, half and Full. Then you get a sender unit that fits the moke and has those values. Might be better to try and adapt the original Sender that goes with the gauge you are using to fit moke tank. Any reputable instrument repair place should fix the problem for you.
