 Post subject: Cooper s crank?

G'day fellas have a couple of cooper a cranks here and a couple large journal 1100s cranks. Saying they need a refrains what are they worth?

Crack test em first, they might be doorstops.
Also measure them, one that's std or at -.010" is worth lots more than one that's at -.030" or -.040".

Bear in mind a crank regrind on all journals is around $200 at many places now.

How would you measure them doc? A set of veneer calipers ?

Yeah that will tell you the size it's at, but if you want to measure wear, a 1"-2" micrometer is more accurate.

Cheers doc. What price range would I be looking at it I wanted to sell them ranging from minimum wear 10 thou to only one grind left? Both the a cranks and the other normal 1275 cranks
