Currently rebuilding a dry rear sub frame, should I re-route the flexible brake line from the top of the arm to the underside so I can run bump stops?

If you want to run bumpstops, you will need to. Put a hoseclamp round the arm to hold the pipe in position.
Instructions are in the comp bumpstop kit. Kc carries the bumpstop kit in stock.

Thanks Kev

What would you run up front in the way of a bump stop?

Standard conical ones. Either dry, or hydro.
Do NOT run the comp hydro front ones unless you are going rallying.. they are way too tall. As I found out...
