With the recent talk about kick plates it has me looking at my doors again. Are door pockets available as a replacement item or do I need to search for second hand ones to replace mine?

Ive got spares here somewhere. I made my own from upholstery card and covered with vinyl.

Two types of door card, clubman cards were slightly improved over earlier with better coverage up the side of the door pocket. If you have no luck let me know.

Thanks Mick but I am looking for the metal pocket itself on the wind up roundie doors. Mine are rusted through in places and I think will be beyond repair....

So far all my searching has turned up nothing so I guess it is either try to repair or find a second hand replacement.

Just checked with John Smidt and the answer is no, the door pocket was not made as a separately replaceable item. You will need to find a donor door or a new door.

Yes, they will not fit Oz windup doors properly.
