Coming from a mustang restotarion where everything is available 10/times a minute!

Minis never had the ignition key matching the doors / boot.
A locksmith should be able to make the doors / boot match for you.

Early round nose minis, those without steering locks, did have matching ignition/door/boot lock keys. The Mk 2 S I bought off the original owner in 1977 did. This doesn't include the later Rover minis obviously.

Can you purchase a barrell set somewhere (in aus referrably) that will do the lot in one go?

I took the lock barrels from door and boot to a locksmith and had them altered to suit the ignition. It was a simple task for them and it is so nice when you aren't fumbling with different keys all the time.

Not hard to disassemble and rebuild yourself. You will need a bunch of other locks though for spare bits

There was a triple set available for ignition, door and boot (Roundnose only) I bought a set a few years ago. I thought it was easy to find it again, but it is not. There is only a kit for two door/boot barrels.

Saying that, if you get two, then it should be simple enough for a locksmith to make the ignition barrel (which is different) suit the door and boot.
