I have started refurbishing my 10" rims and have noticed the washer inserts have been removed whilst sandblasting  This probably wouldn't have been an issue if I had noticed at the time however I didn't and now I am stuck with one wheel missing the inserts...........

Now for the stupid question, are they available and if so anyone know where I can get them from?

You can get stepped wheel nuts that have their own washers. Try a good wheel supplier or net.

So change all rims to use different nuts? I am guessing these washers are just a press fit?

Is there still a machine shop at work?

I recently bought some new Contessa wheel nuts off of Frank Tonito -

These nuts have the washers on them - if you just want the washers I'm sure he'd sell you the washers, he's a top guy and has been manufacturing wheel nuts for 50+ years.

I had a wheel missing 4, so I machined some up.
Sorry I don't have the dimensions now, but they are easy to make- anybody with a lathe could make them. Material is just mild steel, I used some 1020 bar.
