Need get some front and rear seat belts for my Rover Jap

Can anyone advise if these will work as far as compliance

To be 100% sure you'd need to see the tag on belt
A google search of Reddy's Seatbelts doesn't bring up much....

to be 100% sure, buy some from HEMCO
Or another known brand like KLIPPAN which you can get from Repco, or plently of online stores.

You need to ring your local rego authority and ask. That way you get advice rather than opinions.

While you can read the ADRs to find what standards apply you should be aware that, being ADR compliant does not mean acceptable to State rego authorities. ie an item can be ADR compliant but be refused at registration.

ISO 9001 (as quoted) is a quality standard not a technical standard....
