Have spent the last 4 days trying to get the brakes in my 75 Leyland to work. Have put new rubber kits in all wheel cylinders and master cylinder, replaced one wheel cylinder and drum, bled them according to the manual and there's one wheel that keeps leaking, ironically the replaced one. Any ideas?
Haven't adjusted them yet, is it possible that this is the problem?
Cheers , Snorks

If it is still leaking fromthe cylinder you have replaced, it will probably be either a split pipe or you didn't do it up all the way.

Cheers

I have seen brand new wheel cylinders that leak.
Check the brake pipes first but don't rely on new parts being good parts.

Geez, that not very encouraging! Ah well, I think we've almost done as much as we can, might be time to see the mechanic. Thanks for the advice.
