Im trying to replace the upper window seals on my Wind up windows
They are the genuine item from mini spares

I got the old one out ( in bits and pieces )
but i am finding it a struggle to fit the new ones in

Q: Does anyone have any tips on this

and Does the Glass need to come out for this to be fitted ?

I found when I fitted my sliding window one, it slid in easier with a bit of graphite powder put on either side.
It stopped it gripping on the frame/ glass so I could slide it in.
