Probably too late now, but you should always retighten them, regardless of the `Monotorque' blurb on some of the packaging.
Sometimes they go down more, sometimes not- but I never take the risk of leaving it.
I tighten them, run until hot, tighten again. If it's my car I check again at 1,000 miles or so.
And for iron heads (Mini, early Holden etc) they should be redone HOT! So I was taught 40 years ago, anyhow.
BTW alloy heads are retightened when COLD.....
