Thought there was a "sticky" for this sort of thing .. but apparently not.

Lots of discussion on the boot lid location: http://www.ausmini.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=38758
but not bonnet.

So I popped in to see the little fella today (he's nearly finished and will be back on the bitumen and dodging potholes soon) and I've noticed the body shop have filled in the holes where the little 'S' should be on the bonnet. They've not put it back on. So... any idea where exactly it should go? How many millimetres from the top of the Cooper badge to the bottom of the 'S'??

I'd rather not guess - even though this is just a replica I'm making from my re-shelled Deluxe.

Cheers!

Scotty,
The measurement from the top of the front Morris Cooper Badge to the Bottom of the small "S"
is 3mm.
If it was 3 cm the S would be sitting on top of the bonnet.........

3mm sounds right. Many cars have them fitted too high. Look at old photos in magazines of when the cars were new and you'll see its close.
