So I have a '98 Rover, Jap Import, Manual with Air-Con.
I've been trying to dig up information lately regarding my MEMS ECU, and I just want to understand a bit better what I've got. It's the two plug ECU (36 + 18pin), and I'd like to know if it's a MEMS 1.3, 1.9 etc. Part of why I started digging is to understand the pin-outs on the second plug. There are about 5 wires that look like they went into the second plug (18 pin) at one point, but now there is only one wire remaining connected to that plug. I've been referencing this for the pin-outs, but it only goes up to '96.

"TWIN SOCKET jAPAN SPEC SPI WITH MPI ENGINE BLOCK 1996 -2000". There can't be a difference in the
block, right??

And if you have a 2 plug ECU, I'd really really like to know what pins are actively connected to it, if you find the time do a quick inventory. As always, thanks.
