It would be a Wildgoose camper.

They're called that because it was a wild idea and you look a goose driving it.

They are a fold up roof camper based on a 848cc panel van/traveler built in the UK.

That looks like the old Berlin Olympic Stadium, surprising to see the German drives anything English built!

I reckon its pretty cool and unique, won't be much fun with a 850 though, not that you'd wanna go fast in it..that would be scary but for hills and so on. Would be cool weekend getaway car.

I've sat in that very Wildgoose.
It was owned by Calle Berntsson from Sweden and he brought it along on one of the Moke Club's Portmeirion Runs in the late 90's.
Very interesting design but also interesting driving with an 850 motor. The roof wound up electrically with the help of a Mini wiper motor. It had all the kit in there, gas stove, sink, wardrobe, etc.
Pretty rare car with only about 60 originally made.

There's a story about a couple spending their honeymoon touring the UK in one. I think its in MiniWorld. 850cc going up hill, single leading drum brakes and all that extra weight going down hill...

From memory they crashed it into a stone wall at the bottom of a hill.

With a 1275 and decent brakes it would probably be lots of fun.
