has anyone had a play with this stuff? Thinking of painting my wheel centres and spokes to create the look below. I've always liked rosepetals but they're not wide enough. http://www.supercheapauto.com.au/online-store/products/Custom-Wrap-Matte-Carbon-Black.aspx?pid=363574&menuFrom=80407#Cross ![]() ![]() |

I have no experience with it, but it looks exactly like plasti-dip, which is being widely used for wheels and even whole cars. https://www.dipyourcar.com/ Tim |

Fitted with an amazing collection of period accessories and fittings too. Full period rally interior, including period helmets, harnesses, spotlights, map lights, tools, spares, safely equipment. Even a period video camera mounted to the roll cage. If I can dig up a few pics I'll put them up. |

What impressed me was that even with the large number of items with or on the car it didn't appear overdone. It was like a mobile period motor sport museum. Regarding your original post yes there is a product called plastidip that if you change your mind you simply peel it off. The gambier Moke that came to Rylstone 2 years ago had it on the floor areas and there are entire cars done with it too. I think its original use was wheels, on show cars you could change the colour for a different look. You'll also see the same stuff use on handles of tools such as pliers etc. |
