Replaced all four brake hoses. All I can say that it was a challenging job.
They must have been the original hoses as they were seized on.
Now to bleed the system on the weekend and hopefully I will have brakes.

If you have disc brakes on front like mine use hose kit GBH249# (4 hoses) from Karkraft.

If you email them they will email you their catalogue with a price list.

They have the cheapest spare parts around.

I finally bled the brakes yesterday,I tried using the pressure bleed kit I have but I couldn't get the cap to seal properly on the new tandem master cylinder.Instead used the old method of pumping the pedal.

The pedal goes to within an inch off the floor,I thought it would be a lot higher, and I am sure I got all the air out of the system.
At least the brakes work now.

It should not go that low.
Tandems can be hard to bleed, I had one on Barney with less than 1/2 a pedal, I finished up getting B&R Brakes to pressure bleed it.
Was good then.

Hi Kevin,
I agree it's too low.It will do for now until I get it registered then I will get it bled properly.

You might have trouble getting it registered like that. I've been through hell getting my tandem system to bleed properly, but they work well once they're there.
