Fitted some to her this past weekend, they went on fine are are tight and non moving and the tapers have seated well, I am unsure of the passagenger side as the nut keeps rotating not gonig up or down BUT I would like to replace it, haven't been able to get down to take the drivers side off again to get the nut size, I THINK it is a M10 (yes the new extended ones from Karcraft are metric) Does anyone know what size the nut should be?

To get the nut to move, use a jack to push up on the joint from underneath. It will jam it in just enough to undo the nut.

Do you mean the across flats measurements on the original nut? 11/16ths.

The bolt of the tie rod doesn't move, the nut just spins in place, but I will give that a go, and by the size I meant the thread size, the new nuts are 17mm accross the flats.
