hey guys do the Mini Leyland LS seats fit in the Mini Leyland S with no hassle? I have a set coming this week and the mounts look different in the photos? |

What year is your S? They changed seat in all the Australian Minis in 1977/78 to the tombstone style with totally different mounts. |

You will have normal mounts. These will not bolt straight in. |

1275LS body has captive nuts in the top of the crossmember. You could add some by welding steel strips on top with nuts tack welded underneath. Probably be stronger than the originals... |

Thanks, yes it was all the later cars, including vans. My mate just took a set of mint LS seats out of one. These will be for sale soon, he's fitting SAAS ones. |
