Hey,

New to this forum, owned a few minis but never an Australian built mini.

I was just wondering if this is normal for my Morris mini K from 1970.

The car appears to have it's original sills but they only have 1 flute and 1 jacking point on each side. The flute is at the rear of the sill.

Regards,
Milly

This is normal for most all Oz built Minis, my 1970 Mini Matic has the same.

[edit] This is not like the UK, we don't salt the roads here. Many old Minis including mine still have all panels original, including the sills. And rear subframes rarely rot out here unless they get full of mud.
