Could try this http://www.vhtpaint.com/products/niteshadesred Never used it but have used a similar brush on type to turn a clear marker light into a tailight for a motorbike with good results |

There is a paint you can buy from car parts shops I brought some about 20 years ago for a uc torana front blinker lenses You paint it with a brush on the inside of lense the bottle was like a nail polish bottle that girls paint there nails with from memory |

You can buy clear orange and clear red paints from hobby shops. Tamiya make some, there maybe other brands as well. |

I bought some orange tint years ago from AutoBarn and redid my Lucas ones. They still look OK... You can buy new 2 hole lenses from Karcraft and elsewhere, but I found they faded bad within 12 months when parked outside. |
