Cutting panels where the usual grinder cutting wheel is too big, what do people use, would something like a Dremel be ok or is there something better these days.

I got an air hacksaw and a 2" air cut of saw. Get too most places. Sometimes have too cut further or into another panel but the welder fixes that.

I use snips a bit also. Cut the bulk of it with grinder and clean it up with die grinder and carbide burr.

I have a reciprocating saw thats pretty handy and have resorted to a dremel for really tight stuff before. It all gets the job done.....just depends how fast you wanna do it.

I have found in the past a larger grinder wheel can reach hard to get places where the smaller grinder bodies foul
A pneumatic dyna file can be useful as well.
