no - if it was something hydraulic leaking it'd go soft... check that the throwout stop nut (the big one poking out of the wok) hasn't screwed itself in.

Is it actually releasing? The hose might have blocked. The pedal returns but the clutch won't return at the slave.

I replaced the hose with a second hand one i had and starded to bleed the clutch. The arm that pushes the clutch in was moving then it went rock hard. There's no nut on the end.

Sounds like you may have seized plunger in either master or slave cylinder, could also be thrust bearing shaft in wok.

I have seal kits for both in stock, and plenty of spares if issue is with Wok

When the hose blocks up it will block on the return. You can push it down but the clutch will not release.
When you press it again the pedal will be rock hard because the clutch is already down even though the pedal is up.

Take a look at where the adjuster bolt is, is there a big gap between the adjuster bolt and the clutch arm?
