Post subject:  Fixing scrubbing issue

Morning guys,
I just changed my wheels and tyres from 10x5 to 12x5.5 and my problem is if im driving like 60-80kmh and there is a gully or hump in the road, the front tyres will scrub the arches/guards.
I have heavy duty gas shocks and cones on her and they are all fine.
Was wondering how i could fix the issue (besides go back to 10s)
Will putting on a camber kit help? Changing the cones to springs?
Thanks!

The Rovers with the 12" wheels have an alumium spacer under the bump stop, it stops the wheel hitting. it's about 8-10mm thick.
