Now we all know about the Mini Moke, Clubman etc. But what weird and wonderful aftermarket variants do we know of? I ask because I've just found a post about the Mini Mira, based on a Daihatsu, and thought I'd fish for more bizarre versions out there.

Agreed. I have been following and chatting with Jeroen (the person behind Maximum Mini's) for a few years. As well as being very knowledgeable he is a really top bloke too.

I don't think a Japanese van with Mini front panels qualifies as a "Mini".
