No I dont. Just do one at a time, use a block of wood with a jack or something to support the engine. Slow and steady wins the race!

And use a screwdriver to line up the holes. I did both at the same time when I swapped engines, they were so tight compared to the old ones. Leave both sides loose until you get all the bolts in, then tighten them all up. This is just my experience, someone with more know-how than me might have a better way!
