GARAGE :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

i can't tell you how ecstatic i am  i have waited YEARS for this. word to the wise if you are going to buy a house - make sure it already has the garage, none of this oh it has the potential to put one in crap and make sure you measure it - mate of mine forgot and his is too small for his corolla - have to get him into minis to solve that one i reckon

ok its only 3.2m wide but its 11m LONG 8)

and it has ultra high ceilings cos the floor of the house is raised, but the roof trusses are shared and the house has 9ft ceilings. (know what i mean Bob? )

i can fit the two minis and the subaru in and the motorbike, and i'm going to put all sorts of shelving and stuff up high so i can keep collecting goodies and i can still work on stuff down low and i can have a proper welder i wonder if the a/c is 3 phase that would be tops and a tv and stereo, can you wall mount a fridge? i'll think about that one, basically want everything up off the floor for car storage but when i'm working on stuff well the subaru is waterproof it can go out side. and there is a huge park out front wonder if the neighbours will complain if i test the handbrake in there

our garage has the potential to hold 8 full size cars.... as in wagons etc (family cars) and it is high enough to fit a small truck 8) more commonly known as a shed

thanks guys

its in Ryde, just near Putney shops. the cool thing is if we have a party it happens in the park out the front. plenty room for cars on the edge of the park too, or all the way to the middle  .

yeah some have 8 car garages but this is 12 km from the city not oooot in the country like Picton - compromises you have to make  .

yeah Steve 2 is a start, but the next one will need a little finessing......

move in middle of august

michael

ps i still wont be in the hills district
