Does anybody have photos of a Elder 8 Port Head with Twin Webers in a Roundnose Mini? Does this conversion fit inside or over the bonnet securing crossbar? Or do you have to remove the front crossbar for clearance?

I don't think it will fit under a stock roundnose bonnet, with any sort of filter on.
You would need a schnoz fitted, as used on some Mini sports sedans.
It is pretty bulky.

Dean Canto's van had got a Clubby front fitted, that left room for the Elder head, port injection and a decent filter.
Note the top rail has been cut out too.
