Nice Sunday drive came to a bad end.
20 Ks from home smelt coolant stopped and found welsh plug blown out. lucky not overheated
found the plug tried to knock back in but still leaked :(
enter RACV road service Glad i got extra cover :)
had to :lol: when the RACV guy wanted to take a picture whilst on the trailer.

Gee, it's lucky it would be able to lift it.
Having extra cover on your road service gives one a sense of security. It's certainly better than trying to do patch ups to try and get home or worse still, having to abandon it to go and get a trailer or the like.

Its like a nostalgic ad for the RACV. They should pay you to carry that around on their trailer.

Bad luck mate. Not the kind of thing you expect to happen, but an easy fix too!

total care is great got brought home from Ballarat on a tow truck to FerntreeGully after doing a head gasket on the Western Tour a couple of years back no probs worth the money :) :)

RACV fee already paid for itself in one tow. I may have to put them on speed dial on phone. :lol:
