Hi All,

Wondering if any one would have objections to us (P & K Morris) using the name ?.

The Mini Car Club (NSW) was originally called the Morris 850 Club. (and then the Morris 850/Morris 1100 club)
See if the name is registered and if it isn't just take it!

you have enough to form a club so why not :) :)
and as no one is using i would say go for it :) :)

What is the minimum number to start a club in Victoria?
In NSW it is five people.

It appears to be the same in Vic.

It might go from 850 to 998 then 1100 then 1275

no the majority of their cars are 850(some with bigger motors)all bar one are sliding window pre 1964

Shouldn't this question be formally put to the Victorian Mini Club? After all that club is an amalgamation of clubs including the original Morris 850 Club here in Victoria.

I note too that trophies the VMCi annually award still have the Morris 850 Club name on them, so some discussion ought ensue so as to avoid confusion.

I'd reckon write to the club explaining what you would like to do and see what they say?
