Minisport require that they build a custom wooden box to send door skins in. Perhaps a small wooden box for a whole door? Do you need glass as well? If not, might cut down on weight. eg http://www.packsend.com.au/boxes-cases-crates |

We really need someone who is good at woodwork to speak up and say they can make a box and what it'll cost. Once the box is made, finding a courier is easy |

Huddersfield spares sent me a body panel from the UK with just cardboard and tape around it, wouldn't that be sufficient if it's done right. I could make him a box, $50 + materials if he really wants. I would need good dimensions as my car's a rover with no door pockets. Then it would have to go to who ever has door (s) |

Weight would be an issue cost-wise but the main thing is to protect the panels???? |

hello, my Facebook friend, Steve O'Malley have 3 doors for me, i live at AdélaÏde. With Seamail, the door is so long, 1 meter no more. the solution to cut the door, i don't like. i was win door by eBay for 50$ OR 100$, 2 doors. i thinks the ebayer have sold again this. |
